Five clear steps from booking to a sparkling home — or fresh, folded laundry on your doorstep.

1. Book online in under 2 minutes
Pick a service (or bundle several), choose your home size, date, and time. Add details like add-ons, ironing quantity, or pickup notes. Enter your Louisville ZIP — we'll confirm we cover your block before you continue.
2. Reserve with a card on file — no deposit
A valid card is required to confirm your slot, but we don't pre-charge. You only pay after the service is complete and you're happy with the work.
3. We come to you
For cleaning, our insured pro arrives within a 30-minute window of your start time, with all supplies. For laundry, we pick up at your door and bring everything to our home wash facility.
4. The work gets done
Cleaning: every room hit on a checklist — kitchen, baths, bedrooms, common areas, plus any add-ons (deep clean, oven, fridge, windows). Laundry: sorted, washed, dried, folded, and bagged the same day. Dry cleaning is pressed and returned on hangers.
5. Delivery + secure payment
Cleaning: walkthrough on completion, then we send the receipt. Laundry: returned next-day to your door. Card on file is charged once. Tips are optional and 100% go to the pro.
