How we work, how we charge, and what to expect from every GODPROM Clean & Wash visit.

Services we offer

  • Home cleaning — standard, deep, and move in/out, priced by home size.
  • Airbnb turnover — same-day reset with linen swap and restock.
  • Office cleaning — after-hours or weekly small-office service.
  • Wash & fold laundry — free pickup, washed in our home facility, next-day delivery.
  • Dry cleaning pickup — pressed and returned on hangers, eco solvents.

Service area & no storefront

  • We serve Louisville, KY ZIP codes only. Bookings outside our route are blocked at checkout.
  • We do not operate a storefront or drop-off counter — every service is by appointment.
  • Cleanings happen at your address. Laundry is picked up at your door and processed in our private home facility.

Scheduling

  • Same-week slots typically need to be booked at least 12 hours ahead.
  • Cleaning pros arrive within a 30-minute window of your selected start time.
  • Laundry pickups and deliveries are scheduled in 1-hour windows.

Access to your location

  • Please provide clear entry instructions: door code, lockbox, or someone on-site.
  • For laundry pickup, you can leave bags at the door — we'll text on arrival.
  • Secure pets that bite or are easily stressed during the visit.
  • If we cannot access the property within 20 minutes of arrival, a $35 trip fee applies.

Payment terms — no deposit

  • A valid card is required on file to confirm every booking.
  • No deposit is collected. Your card is only charged once the service is complete.
  • Tips are optional, 100% go to the pro, and easy to add from your receipt.

Cancellations & rescheduling

  • Free changes up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the service total.
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations are charged in full.
  • You can reschedule directly from your account dashboard.

Safety & respect

  • Our pros are insured, background-checked, and trained.
  • We do not move items over 35 lbs, climb above a 2-step ladder, or handle biohazards.
  • Harassment or unsafe conditions end the visit immediately, billed in full.

Laundry care

  • We default to cold-water wash. Add a note in booking if you need warm/hot.
  • Please check pockets before pickup — we're not liable for items left inside garments.
  • Specialty items (silk, leather, wedding gowns) belong in dry cleaning, not wash & fold.

  • Not happy? Tell us within 24 hours and we'll re-do the work for free.
  • Photos help us coach the team — please send any when you can.
  • If we still miss the mark, we issue a full refund.

Damages & lost items

  • We carry general liability insurance on every visit.
  • Report any concern within 48 hours so we can investigate and resolve.
  • Pre-existing wear and items not disclosed as fragile are not covered.
